Meditation Bundle I
I engage most easily with the state of flow when I am interacting with nature. By retaining the reinvigorating energy of the flow, as a result of being deeply connected to nature, I was able to then 'translate' this energy into "Meditation Bundle I". It is a process that connects me with my deepest intuitions and feelings, that I relate to overall as a spiritual experience that kicks the creative process into full swing.
